Jahnine Davis from Listen Up had carried out extensive research into adultification, where children are perceived as older than they are, particularly affecting Black children. The aim was to present the findings clearly so they could be embedded into safeguarding practice.

The work took the form of a resource pack including a main report, a short guide, and training materials. I led the design and illustration across all outputs, creating a visual language that made a complex and sensitive subject clearer, more accessible, and easier to apply in practice.
