The ICRIR needed to communicate complex and sensitive information in a way that was clear, accessible, and respectful for victims, families, survivors, and the wider public.

I designed a range of reports, guides, flowcharts, leaflets, and digital communications that made complex information easier to understand. Bespoke illustrations and icons helped communicate sensitive processes with clarity, while creating a consistent visual language across the Commission's communications.
